Backlog and Sprints

Burndown chart visually displays works have been done and what remains. The outstanding work (or backlog) is often on the vertical axis, with time along the horizontal. That is, it is a run chart of outstanding work. It is useful for predicting when all of the work will be completed. It is often used in agile software development methodologies such as Scrum. However, burn down charts can be applied to any project containing measurable progress over time.

Drop and drag user stories to sprint

Flexibly drop and drag user stories in backlog to dynamically create new sprint board with start and due dates.

Update sprint backlog

User stories are managed by Status swimlanes from Kanban board, associated tags, project member assignees and authors and associated epics.

Burndown chart

Estimated work remaining workload in sprints is calculated and graphed in graphic burndown chart.

A display of optimal pending point per project member role with total points, completed points, open tasks and closed tasks.
